Is your chest attracting more attention than your beautiful face? Does this bother you? Well then, keep on reading coz this might just help you out. My friend, Sheena, taught me this exercise to reduce (can you believe it?) your bust-line.
Step 1: Lie on your back holding a dumbell (maybe 2-4 lbs) directly above your head.
Step 2: Bring your arms above, directly perpendicular to your body.
Do 3 sets of 15, gradually increasing your reps as you progress, and you'll be able to firm ur chest up. :D
